Andrew began his career in therapeutic residential care in 2018 when he joined an adolescent treatment center as an office manager. Since then, his passion for helping students and families has only grown, leading him to pursue deeper involvement in therapeutic environments focused on emotional and behavioral support. Andrew has received training in DBT skills and has extensive experience working with students who struggle with emotional regulation. At Shrub Oak, Andrew supports the admissions team by coordinating marketing efforts, streamlining internal processes, and helping families navigate the admissions journey with clarity and compassion. He plays an active role in ensuring that the admissions experience is responsive, efficient, and aligned with the school’s mission and values.
PERSONAL
Andrew’s two favorite hobbies are gardening and cooking. Every year he grows a wide variety of spicy peppers and chili’s to make his own batch of homemade hot sauce.
