Kim brings over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents in therapeutic and boarding school settings. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to understanding the academic, social, and emotional needs of neurodiverse students and those requiring individualized support.
Throughout her career, Kim has held a range of leadership roles in private boarding schools and therapeutic programs, including Academic Department Head, Residential Director, Dean of Students, and Director of Admissions and Marketing. She has also served directly as a Behavior Specialist and Support Services Coordinator, equipping her with hands-on experience in crisis intervention, therapeutic support, and family guidance. Her comprehensive understanding of the student journey, from inquiry through enrollment and daily care, makes her a thoughtful and trusted partner for families exploring residential education options.
