Tracey brings more than 15 years of experience in therapeutic care, wellness, and strategic outreach to her role in business development. She is known for her relational insight, clinical understanding, and ability to cultivate trust and long-term partnerships within the mental health and education fields. A natural connector and mission-driven communicator, Tracey is passionate about supporting students and families through meaningful engagement and thoughtful collaboration.
Tracey earned a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where her academic work centered on post-traumatic growth. This focus continues to shape her approach to outreach, advocacy, and organizational strategy. She is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and a certified Yoga Instructor, and consistently integrates holistic wellbeing into her professional philosophy. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions in clinical treatment, operations, admissions, and external relations. Her strategic thinking and collaborative leadership have helped drive program visibility and sustainable growth in various treatment settings.
PERSONAL:
Tracey lives on a homestead in Puerto Rico with her family and a collection of beloved animals. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys snorkeling, hiking, yoga, dancing, and traveling to explore new cultures. Her passion for nature, movement, and meaningful connection informs both her personal and professional life.
